In June 1970 when Andrea was twelve the family found a glorious farm and her parents moved mountains to buy the farmhouse known s the old Arnold Estate. The property was two hundred acres and has a big barn and a farmhouse which would give all five of the sisters plenty of space to explore nature and spread out. The previous owner said it was a perfect place to raise a family although he did fail to mention a crucial element about his experiences he had endured at the property. On the day they moved in he advised her father to leave the lights on at night which was an extremely cryptic comment. Then began the supernatural journey through the dimensions of time and space with the many characters who began to reveal themselves to her family which changed their lives completely.
Andrea's family lived among the deat for almost a decade and they came to understand that there is something beyond mortal existence. Having graduated from high school in 1976 and then graduating in 1980 with interdisciplinary degree in Philosophy and English from Chatham College in Pittsburgh. They returned t Rhode Island by could not settle and so only a couple of weeks later they relocated to Georgia. This did not suit Andrea and so seven years after she moved home to Rhode Island.

The writing of the manuscript which is now a trilogy House of Darkness House of Light began in 2007 and has found her relocating to Georgia as she would need her family to embark on the major project as it involves them all as well. It was quite a daunting experience bringing memories of the dead. Often painful, it has been a healing process as well, as each revisited a past impacting our present, clearly mapping the future of a family. It was time to tell the whole truth about what happened in the house. It is a tale worth telling because it is true. Time has come because we are ready to disclose our secrets and the world is ready to receive them
